Steve’s professional experience started after graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia, when he was an aspiring illustrator. With over 20+ years in “the business”, Steve has moved seamlessly back and forth from the creative to the client side of agency life. He has seen his career transition through many roles: graphic design, art direction, creative direction, and project management to eventually landing in the realm of account management as a marketing industry jack-of-all-trades and simultaneous wearer of many hats-– all of which he brings to the table for Zoey’s clients.

Tom has worn many hats in his career over the past 30 years. He has enjoyed his career as a broadcast media producer, as well as being an advertising and marketing professional. Tom received his formal training from Syracuse University and Onondaga Community College. He worked as the Director of Marketing and Advertising for several statewide companies developing media strategies, electronic media campaigns, events, and PR. As Creative Director Tom brings leadership, vision, and creative ideas to the team, daily. This wildly creative guy also has a gift for writing compelling copy, a talent for voice over, and a passion for audio and video production.

Lori came to Zoey from the world of accounting and management. She loves to balance accounts to the penny and bring a common sense approach to an office full of crazy creatives. When she isn't working at the agency, Lori can be found making memories with her husband George of over 25 years, three beautiful girls and their Australian Shepherd mix, Nala.

Jamie joined Zoey Advertising in 2021 as Director of Digital Marketing. She is a digital advertising veteran having worked for 14+ years for syracuse.com and Advance Media New York, where she held the title of Sales Director of Digital Advertising Solutions prior to resigning in order to focus her efforts on raising her family of now six children. Jamie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Christina has a wide array of marketing experience- from event planning and project management to client services and advertising sales. She enjoys the creative process of finding the best marketing solutions for our clients and working with the awesome team at Zoey! She has learned to embrace the chaos that comes with 4 kids, a husband, a cat, and a gecko. When the stars align and she gets a few minutes to herself, she likes to bake, read and refinish furniture.

Joe is a self-taught digital technology expert. His specialties include WordPress, Google AdWords and campaign planning, targeting and optimization across numerous platforms of social media. His natural ability for coding allows him to take things as simplistic as handwritten website wireframes and convert them into creative digital masterpieces.

Caroline ventured to Syracuse in 2014 to attend Le Moyne College. She received her B.A. in Communications in 2018, and during her time there, she fell in love with the Great City of Syracuse. Caroline truly enjoys learning about businesses in the surrounding area and creating pieces of work that resonate with all who set their eyes on it. When she isn't working, you can find her spending time with her husband, their two rescues, and their family.

Sonia is a Syracuse local who graduated from Le Moyne College with her B.A. in English. She is an avid writer with several poems and actively writes her own book series. Editing is her happy place, and rocking the client account service world is her mojo! When not in the office, you can usually find her exploring CNY with her boyfriend for the best places to eat, shop, and hangout- you should ask her! Otherwise, she'll be out chasing her horse out in Marcellus.

Jennifer graduated with a BS in Architecture from the University at Buffalo, beginning her career as a Computer-Aided Drafter and Graphic Designer in the hospitality industry. After becoming a mom in 2008, she ventured into freelance employment and taught herself how to design and build websites using Wordpress. A consummate creative, she enjoys designing and making beautiful things both online and offline. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys adventures with her husband and two boys. Jennifer's experience includes a BS Architecture at University at Buffalo, 10+ years Wordpress experience and 25+ years computer graphics experience.

Jodi came to us from the nonprofit world with infinite knowledge about how to best connect with potential partners. As our new business developer, she is on constant lookout for companies who identify with the Zoey mindset. Jodi has an extensive background in sales and marketing, making her the perfect fit here at Zoey. She enjoys taking photos of her two beautiful children as well as spending time with her husband up on Lake Ontario. She is also a huge fan of classic rock- you should ask her how many concerts she's been to. Oh, the places she's been and the people she's met!

Judy executes the critical role of a data specialist. Custom communication is key to a successful business, and Judy is at the center of it all while contributing to the success of the Zoey clients and team. A gifted teacher, Judy provides custom mailing options, specialty and targeted direct mailing lists and research, and has a flair for original ideas in the creative process.

Gloria is everyone's mom or grandma, and a community advocate. She is a gifted musician, and a recognized professional voiceover for many locally owned companies. On most days, she can be found at the Syracuse Hancock International Airport playing the organ and piano. She loves to lift the spirits of travelers passing by and those who stop to listen.
