Preferred Audiology Care, LLC was established in September of 2009 and has a DBA name of Syracuse Hearing Solutions with new and improved services, in the same location. The practice is locally owned by Dr. Nicole Anzalone who has lived in the Syracuse area since 1995.
The Problem
The audiology industry in Central New York is highly competitive. Dr. Anzalone explored a variety of marketing and advertising options in attempts to distinguish her practice from so many others. Preferred Audiology Care, (PAC), was the previous business name that was confusing to some, and misleading to others. The return on investment of marketing dollars was hard to measure. PAC desperately needed professional marketing leadership.
The Solution
Team Zoey provided the effective marketing guidance that was desperately needed. Starting with research and strategic planning, Zoey quickly discovered that the “PAC” name was problematic, and ineffective. Dr. Anzalone, with encouragement from the Zoey team, took the courageous step of changing the name to Syracuse Hearing Solutions, which personifies the brand. Ongoing marketing strategies include social media and digital advertising, website development, radio broadcasts, design and print collateral, signage, broadcast television and online video, and direct mail.
